Projects means the Grid Connected Solar PV Project(s);

Projects means, collectively, the undertakings described in Sub-schedule “C.1” (Project Description and Financial Information).

SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit 1 - Supplemental Conditions Related to CDBG Construction & Rehabilitation Projects, attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
The Recipient is solely responsible for operational communications with respect to the Eligible Projects, including but not limited to, calls for tender, construction, and public safety notices.
The Recipient must report all active Eligible Projects to AMO in advance of construction each year.
AMO or Canada may request, upon written notice to Recipient, an audit of Eligible Project(s) or Annual Report(s).
The Recipient will keep proper and accurate accounts and records of all Eligible Projects including invoices and receipts for Eligible Expenditures for at least six (6) years after the completion of the project.
