Regulatory Approval definition

Regulatory Approval means, with respect to a Product in any country or jurisdiction, any approval (including where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registration, license or authorization from a Regulatory Authority in a country or other jurisdiction that is necessary to market and sell such Product in such country or jurisdiction.

Regulatory Approval means all approvals (including pricing and reimbursement approvals required for marketing authorization), product and/or establishment licenses, registrations or authorizations of all regional, federal, state or local regulatory agencies, departments, bureaus or other governmental entities, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, export, transport and sale of Product in a regulatory jurisdiction.

  • By placing a Purchase Order, an Authorized Participant agrees to facilitate the deposit of cash with the Cash Custodian, unless In-Kind Regulatory Approval has been obtained, in which case the Authorized Participant agrees to facilitate the deposit of ether with the Ether Custodian.
