The Employee means the Executive Manager appointed in terms of Section 56 of the Systems Act;

This Agreement shall terminate on the earlier to occur of July 31, 2000 or the date the Employee resigns or has his employment terminated. The provisions contained in Sections 1(b), 7, 8 and 9, and those provisions necessary to interpret such Sections, shall survive termination of this Agreement.
