The Purchaser hereby confirms and represents to the Assignee that the Purchaser has sought obtained and relied upon his own independent advice and judgment and has not relied upon any representation statement or advice from the Assignee, the Assignee’s Solicitors or the Auctioneer or any of them or their respective agents, officers or servants.
The Purchaser has sought such accounting, legal and tax advice as it has considered necessary to make an informed investment decision with respect to its acquisition of the Securities.
The Purchaser understands that its investment in the Securities involves a high degree of risk.
The Purchaser shall admit the identity of the Property purchased with that described in the Proclamation of Sale and such other documents such as muniments offered by the Auctioneer as to the title to the Property upon the evidence afforded by the comparison of the description in the particulars and muniments respectively and with that described in the Security Documents without requiring any further proof.
