Town Manager means the Town Manager of the Town of Chapel Hill or his/her designee and anyone acting pursuant to authority vested by state statute or local ordinance to issue local permits for Development on behalf of the Town of Chapel Hill.

If an employee is catastrophically ill or injured, or if the spouse or child of such employee becomes catastrophically ill or injured, the employee may request of the Town Manager that a catastrophic time bank be established.
Upon reinstatement, the employee shall be considered as though they had received an original appointment, unless other conditions are made a part of the reinstatement by the Town Manager.

The Town of Miami Lakes shall be referred to herein as “Town”. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Town” without modification shall mean the Town Manager.

Town Manager means the individual who serves as the chief administrative officer of the Town, or in such person's absence or inability to act, any duly appointed Deputy or Assistant Town Manager.

Town Manager means the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town and where applicable includes a person designated by the CAO to perform that task or exercise that power in his or her place and stead;
