Trade Date definition

Trade Date has the meaning specified in Section 11.06(g)(i).
Trade Date as defined in Section 10.6(b)(i)(B).

  • Seller shall maintain reasonable records relating to this Master Agreement for a period of two (2) years from the Trade Date.

Trade Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(i).
