13.—(1) The manufacturer must affix the [F3UK] marking in accordance with regulations 39 (prohibition on improper use of [F3UK] marking) and 44 ([F3UK] marking) to each item of radio equipment that is in conformity with the type described in the [F4Type] examination certificate and satisfies the applicable requirements of these Regulations.

(2) The manufacturer must draw up a written F5... declaration of conformity for each radio equipment type and keep it at the disposal of the national authorities for 10 years after the radio equipment has been placed on the market. The F5...declaration of conformity must identify the radio equipment type for which it has been drawn up.

(3) A copy of the F6... declaration of conformity must be made available to the relevant authorities upon request.

13.—(1) The manufacturer must affix the CE marking in accordance with regulations 39 (prohibition on improper use of CE marking) and 44 (CE marking) to each item of radio equipment that is in conformity with the type described in the EU-type examination certificate and satisfies the applicable requirements of these Regulations.

(2) The manufacturer must draw up a written EU declaration of conformity for each radio equipment type and keep it at the disposal of the national authorities for 10 years after the radio equipment has been placed on the market. The EU declaration of conformity must identify the radio equipment type for which it has been drawn up.

(3) A copy of the EU declaration of conformity must be made available to the relevant authorities upon request.
