Amendment to regulation 13I111
Regulation 13 (instructions and information to be included with the radio equipment) is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph (1) –
i
for sub-paragraph (a) substitute “
(a) are clear, legible and in easily understandable English,
”
;
ii
at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “
and
”
;
iii
at the end of sub-paragraph (c) for “, and” substitute “

”
; and
iv
omit sub-paragraph (d);
b
in paragraph (3), in each place in which it occurs, omit “EU”; and
c
omit paragraph (4).
