Last week, we had a dynamic convergence of our Data Coaches, ACI Coaches, Executive, Admin, and Communications teams at our HQ from all corners of Washington. The focus was on crafting strategies related to youth engagement, data improvement, and cross-community collaboration, all aimed at preventing and ultimately ending youth and young adult homelessness in our state. It was inspiring to see our new staff members hit the ground running, contributing innovative ideas alongside our veteran staff.
