Heading into the holiday by welcoming eight new hires. Say hello to Arthur Yount, James Croxford, Daniel Graber, Toma Tzakov, CFA, CPA, CA, Jiho Kim, May (Yu) Ding, CPA, Kent Brorman, and Erica K. Arthur Yount joins our Transformation Team as a Managing Director. With two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, he’ll head up our Revenue Cycle Management Center of Excellence to help healthcare organizations drive bottom-line growth. James Croxford, Daniel Graber, Toma Tzakov, Jiho Kim, and May Ding join our Strategic FP&A Team as an Vice President, Vice President, Vice President, Associate, and Analyst, respectively. Together, they’ll help finance teams enable and accelerate value creation. Kent Brorman and Erica Kelly join our CFO Technology Team as a Director and Vice President, respectively. They’ll help arm finance teams with digital solutions to implement business process recommendations and capitalize on value creation opportunities.

We’re thrilled to welcome Simba Dutt-Mazumdar, the newest Managing Director to join our Operational and Technical Accounting Team. Simba brings over two decades of advisory and industry experience assisting companies in navigating complex liquidity events. At Accordion, he’ll zone in on delivering finance function stabilization and optimization services for PE-backed companies—including Day 1 Readiness, accounting for complex transactions, solving critical finance operations challenges, or overseeing ERP selections and implementations. We can’t wait to see what Simba will do as part of the better way to work in finance.
