We structure our 'Office Days' differently, choosing to take a hands-on approach to helping our clients have massive breakthroughs with their Ads & Businesses! Here's a quick outline of the structure: - Kickoff & Networking - with other High Level Entrepreneurs - Group Mastermind - High Level Questions & Answers - Breakout Sessions - With our AdOutreach Team in all Areas - Takeaways - Sharing the Biggest Breakthroughs - Fun Activity - Bonding & Spending Time with other Entrepreneurs The biggest key here is how we conduct our Group Mastermind & Breakout Sessions In our Group Mastermind we dive into the Biggest Challenge or Opportunity each business has in front of them. And from there, as a group & with my insight, we provide high-level mentorship on the next steps as well as Who they should meet in the Breakout Sessions (lining up the rest of the day) Then in the afternoon, we have Breakout Sessions where our team meets 1-1 with our clients in a series of 5-6 30 minute sessions! This is the benefit of opening up our Offices, our clients can meet with our team on whatever it is they need to solve & actually breakthrough IN PERSON: - Our Ad Strategiests on YouTube Ads or OmniPresent Ads - Our Copywriters on their Video Scripts - Our Channel Growth experts on their YouTube Channel - Our COO on Operations - Our Marketing Director on High Level Marketing Strategy - Myself on High Level Business Strategy - Our Funnel Designers on their Funnels - Our Client Success Director on Fulfillment - Our Business Strategiests on Offer Building & Next Steps - Even our Recruiters on Recruiting, Social Media Manager on Social Media, Videographer, etc. We open up our Office to our Clients so they can get real, hands-on help to massively breakthrough in their business! Now, due to the intimate nature of an Office Day like this it does limit the number of clients we can invite to the office each month, which is why we reserve this for our highest-tier clients. That said, the people I mentioned above are the same people our clients have access to Virtually on a regular basis as well! One of Natasha's most cherished memories has to be the sunny boat day on Lake Travis where the team savored ribs out of solo cups!     Meet Val De La Garza, our amazing Operations Coordinator at AdOutreach! Val's role encompasses a range of responsibilities - from handling accounts to solving any client issues and organizing Platinum events. Working with the operations team, she makes sure all client communication and event planning tasks are executed to perfection. Her most cherished memory with AdOutreach is the company retreat to Cancun with the team and our Platinum clients. Amidst all the fun team dinners and boat rides, what Val enjoyed the most was the chance to know our clients and their love for our company on a more personal level. One standout moment in her journey so far has been receiving a core value award for the fantastic work she put into organizing the Cancun trip. Her passion lies in enhancing the client experience - something that shines through all of her work. When she's not busy making our Platinum events the best they can be, Val is working towards her graduate degree in clinical counseling. She loves to spend her free time hiking with her dog, reading, and taking advantage of Austin's fantastic weather by exploring the outdoors and enjoying the lake.
