Congratulations to Pamela Giddens, Patient Access at Archbold ENT & Allergy, for being named Archbold Medical Group’s Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2024! Her nomination reads, “Undoubtedly the shining star that greets everyone who enters the door of our ENT office. She makes patients feel as if she was sitting there waiting just for them and they were the only patient in the place. She is eager to support co-workers, high emphasis on patient satisfaction and always there with a knowing smile when Dr. Williams says for the hundredth time that day, ‘Pam, I need you to make some changes on the schedule.’ By far, a truly wonderful asset to our practice and deserving of this award.” Team members like Pamela are what make Archbold such a great place to work! We adore Pam and all that she does for our patients! Way to go!

Congratulations to Jason Bennett, Director of Spiritual Care/Chaplain, for being named Employee of the Quarter for Archbold Memorial Administrative Support for the second quarter of 2024! His nomination reads, “Kind, caring and empathetic in his duties. These traits have led him to have such a positive impact on our culture. He goes above and beyond for our staff, patients and families, and often has to come in on his days off or stay after hours in order to assist staff in difficult situations. The activities he has implemented enable our care teams to recognize and deal with unfortunate circumstances when encountered and this in turn has provided a more caring and compassionate environment. For all he does and how he has so uniquely impacted our system, he deserves this special recognition. We could not have picked anyone better to launch our chaplain program.” Jason is a pillar of support for not only our patients, but our staff here at Archbold. We are so grateful that he is a part of our team! Way to go, Jason!
