Enterprise Community Partners would like to congratulate Coalition for Responsible Community Development and Little Tokyo Service Center on the financial closing of Normandie Apartments! The completion of this new construction project will deliver 56 fully subsidized permanent supportive housing units to formerly homeless people in Los Angeles, CA. Along with co-sponsoring this project, CRCD will provide extensive wrap-around services, including case management, health screening, crisis management, drug addiction assistance, and a variety of other benefits, to all of the residents of Normandie Apartments. Financing for this project includes $17.8M in construction debt and $3.3M in permanent debt from Beneficial State Bank. The Los Angeles County Development Authority also provided the project with $5.9M of No Place Like Home and $2M of CGF funds. Enterprise Housing Credit Investments proudly provided $21.6M of syndicated LIHTC equity for the construction of this project. Once again, we had an enriching experience at the annual B Corp Leadership Development (BLD) Conference hosted by B Local PDX last week.
