Construction is nearing completion on Flow Miami (MWC Block G West). Cohen Freedman Encinosa designed the 40-story tower, for which Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor. The Crosby has reached its pinnacle. The 33-story tower, developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, has Beauchamp Construction Co., Inc. as the general contractor and Cohen Freedman Encinosa as the architect. Okan Tower Miami is planned to rise 70 stories to 902 feet. Construction has progressed above ground level, with significant formwork and core walls taking shape. JACOB Companies and Okan Construction are the general contractors, and BEHAR FONT & PARTNERS, P.A is the architect. Melo Group is advancing plans for a 54-story tower named Downtown 6th. Crane equipment has been moved to the cleared site, signaling imminent construction. The 40-story 501 First Residences, developed by Aria Development Group and Aqarat, is topped off, and the glazing is nearing completion. Revuelta Architecture International is the architect, and Beauchamp Construction Co., Inc. is the general contractor. The site for 600 Miami Worldcenter has been cleared, and earthworks have begun. Revuelta Architecture International designed this 32-story tower between Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group, and Kast Construction is the general contractor. Miami World Tower 1, at 579 feet, is nearly complete. Lalezarian Properties LLC is the developer. A 20,000-square-foot retail building where Apple will lease 15,000 square feet is under construction. Promethean Builders is the general contractor, and Gensler is the architect. Construction at Legacy Hotel & Residences is halted. The 55-story tower stands with its core at around 23 levels and slabs poured up to 22 stories. Kast Construction is the general contractor, and Kobi Karp is the architect. Property Markets Group has made significant progress on the 63-story E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and Residences Beyond, surpassing the halfway mark and in the foundation stages, respectively. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor. Naftali Group's JEM Private Residences is expected to rise over 700 feet. The 67-story project has Coastal Construction Company as the general contractor and Arquitectonica as the architect. Miami’s Signature Bridge, spanning 1,025 feet across two busy downtown Miami roadways, has one arch complete, with a few others in progress. Its largest arch will soar 325 feet above the ground.
