Policy, unstuck.

About us

Policy shapes the world, and the hands that mould it decide what the future will look like. In other words, policy matters. This might be why you started working in policy yourself. And it might be why you, like us, believe that getting policy narratives right is among the most important challenges of our time. It is a challenge that is as important as it is tricky, not least because recent years have seen the public conversation fragment. The divisions that have come to define 21st century society are creating roadblocks to meaningful progress on major issues at every level. At Cast From Clay, our goal is to get policy, unstuck. We work with campaigning organisations to help them navigate the complexities of policy narratives, and in doing so to shape the policies of tomorrow. We help you figure out what to say, to whom, and how – in a way that can move things forward. www.castfromclay.co.uk

So, next time you're pitching a policy or message, think about how you can reshape it to make it more relatable and compelling 😌 Question: What strategies have you used to make your message resonate? 🔍 We all have biases, and that’s okay. But when we only listen to “people like us,” we risk creating echo chambers that drown out different perspectives. This article explores how this tendency limits our understanding and stifles innovation. By surrounding ourselves with similar views, we miss out on valuable insights from diverse backgrounds. It’s time to challenge our assumptions and actively seek out differing opinions. Only then can we foster real growth and understanding 🌍💡
