Reflecting on her journey, Jenny shares, “It really is a great feeling; I hope to stay another 25 years!” Since her promotion in September 2021 from Regional Director of Operations to Divisional Director of Operations, Jenny has taken on the responsibility of overseeing 18 of our Cedarhurst communities. She dedicates most of her days working directly within these communities, collaborating closely with both the teams and the residents. “Everyone has the same interest at heart – the residents,” Jenny emphasizes. Beyond her commitment to enhancing the care and experiences of our residents, Jenny is deeply invested in the growth and development of her team members. “I’m always looking to see who can grow in communities,” she shares. “We don’t just help residents, but team members too. What an amazing day we had at the Home Office BBQ and Wing Cook-Off! 🍗 The event was a huge success, filled with friendly competition, mouthwatering chicken wings, and fantastic company. Thank you to The Dover Companies for putting this event together! Our talented chefs showcased their culinary skills in a fierce wing cook-off. Attendees voted anonymously for their favorite wing, and the 2024 wing champion will be announced at our annual Dover Companies retreat! 🏆 Thank you to everyone who joined us!
