Eastern Washington University's chiller plant had some aging equipment that was due for a replacement. CMS got to work, working through challenges like equipment availability, long lead times and a looming refrigerant phase out to get EWU's chiller plant back up and running with shiny, brand new equipment. For this project we selected two YORK Commercial Solutions YK 1500 ton centrifugal chillers, one York YMC2 1000 ton magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller, two Marley (SPX Cooling Tech, LLC) cooling towers and some new upgrades for an existing tower. #CommercialHVAC #CustomMechanicalSolutions
