The DFO is Hiring! We are currently looking for Tax Pillar Coordinator to join our Tax Team. This is a great role for someone who is interested in Tax from an operational perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience tackling complex problems and projects and also have an analytical mindset. The Pillar Coordinator will be responsible for managing several small to medium sizes projects concurrently and provide leverage on large projects including risk identification, schedule timing, task and dependency management, budget management, project charters and closeouts. This is a great opportunity to join a growing Tax Team that is extremely collaborative and works cross-functionally across the business.

The DFO is hiring! We are currently looking for a Senior Project Associate to join our Project Management Pillar. This role will be responsible for managing several large complex projects at a time and working collaborative across all facets of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with project management methodologies and software. A PMP certification is preferred for this role. This a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, evaluating business processes, and has a high standard of quality in their work.

The ideal candidate will understand how to evaluate, design, implement and administer health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, accommodations, workers compensation and wellness programs. Working knowledge of tax strategy, project reporting, and experience in financial modeling are key for success in this role.
