ECH has welcomed an outstanding member to our leadership team, Pete Guiffrida! Pete serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ECH, bringing with him a tenured background in both the nonprofit and private sectors.

ECH is excited to welcome Irene to the leadership team! As Chief Administrative Officer, she will oversee our organization's goals and efficiencies, helping to continue growing our mission across Missouri. Welcome, Irene!

We're still buzzing with joy from the opening of our new William N. Dill Youth Development Center. The new center affords the opportunity to provide youth with state-of-the-art care in a therapeutic environment. We are grateful for our donors, community, and staff who made this center come to fruition!

We were thrilled to join the ribbon-cutting ceremony last week for the new Every Child’s Hope William N. Dill Youth Development Center in St. Louis, MO. It was a moment that marked the culmination of years of hard work for Every Childs Hope, an organization close to our hearts. The center's modern facilities will significantly enhance its ability to support youth and staff, amplifying its positive impact on the community. We are looking for Front Desk Volunteers! Are you looking for an opportunity to help a non-profit children & family organization?  Are you patient, caring, understanding, outgoing, energetic, flexible, and a quick-thinking self-starter with strong customer service skills?  ECH would love to consider you as our new Front Desk Volunteer at our Treatment Center!  Duties include phone & remote entry systems, greeting visitors, wayfinding around campus for visitors & deliveries, restocking restrooms, special projects, etc.  Hours are 9a - 4p, Monday - Friday, however 1/2 day hours are available (9a - 1p or 12p - 4p). "Overall, each day as a social worker in child welfare varies A LOT. But the flexibility and resilience of each one of our foster care case managers never ceases to amaze me! They jump in when any coworker needs help with a challenging kiddo, give kudos to each other anytime we see a family doing well, and show up in every way possible for the families on their caseloads.
