** Announcement to all FacilityCare Network members: If your business is in an ice, transitional, or snow market, you were sent an email yesterday containing a resource survey. If you are interested in FacilityCare's third pillar, subcontracting opportunities, we would appreciate it if you could complete this survey as soon as possible. We are about to award many sites to our subcontractor partners who are members of the FC Network. We conduct significant audits and inspections to confirm that you are prepared to manage critical infrastructure no-fail sites as you work side-by-side with our self-performed operations at East Coast Facilities, Inc. CEO @ East Coast Facilities, Inc. | Delivering Quality Exterior Facility Maintenance

Announcement: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 East Coast Facilities, Inc. 𝑺𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒃𝒚 𝑺𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 In April 2023, I announced on LinkedIn Live that we would launch a managed services business unit called the FacilityCare Network. This tough decision was based on my desire to have the best chance at battling the broker business model in our industry. Effectively, it would allow ECF to scale multi-regional and national contracts with self-performed operations while providing the footprint these clients need. Some ask, how has the hybrid ECF and FC model progressed over the last year? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬; 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂! Today, I am revealing the new ECF SIDE-BY-SIDE program, and here are my simple goals: 1) Support hyperscaling by aligning FCN subcontractors side-by-side with ECF operations. 2) Maintain strict oversight and support of FCN members to protect service delivery and quality for our clients. 3) Create scenarios where smaller slices of large contracts can be shared with small businesses, diverse businesses, and up-and-coming operators so we can train them and teach them how to properly execute industrial snow removal operations. 4) Get FCN members ready to serve large sites independently for both ECF and their customers. Why can't the brokers execute a strategy like this? They do not possess self-performed capabilities across markets. A few have a small self-performed footprint in their original home markets but never expanded that base. In less than three years, East Coast Facilities, Inc. will be North America's largest self-performing snow removal company, and the FacilityCare Network will be a highly trained and formidable force working side-by-side with us. #innovaton #training #systems #processes #scaling #10X

** Commercial Landscaping Opportunities Industrial sites continue to come online across the country. Recent assignments by our client partners have put us in multiple new cities, including Atlanta and the surrounding submarkets. We are beginning the sourcing process for a large site in Cartersville, Georgia. As always, existing FacilityCare Network members get first priority, but we are actively looking for aligned subcontractors for this submarket. If you are not already registered and approved, get your application going! If you are registered and approved, be assured your file will be reviewed, and if the assignment committee selects you for alignment to a contract site, you will be notified. Other markets outside Georgia we are preparing to source for: - Virginia Beach, Virginia - MONSTER! - Melbourne, Florida - Big - Florence, Kentucky - Decent Size - Johnston, Rhode Island - WHALE! We are happy to welcome the quiet giants at Executive Snow Control to the Network. Executive has already been awarded multiple logistics locations in New York City and the lower Hudson Valley. Head of Network Joshua Steven Gámez said "ECF and Executive are actually friendly competitors. But here is another example of how competitors can align and fight the same fight together, namely, crushing the existing broker model across the country. We are tired of it and will join forces to turn it upside down and break that system." Executive is one of the snow industry's treasures, self-performing, family-owned, and high-level performers. They are good market competition, and their high standards benefit the entire industry. Please help us by welcoming them! #facilitycare
