Ferraro Foods University 2024 Class 2 done and dusted! I want to extend my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for your active participation and enthusiasm throughout the past 2 1/2 days of teaching at Ferraro University. It was truly a pleasure and privilege to share knowledge and insights with such a dedicated group. To our team members from Florida, NY, NJ, Maryland and North Carolina good luck! Thank you once again for your time, energy, and contributions. I look forward to our paths crossing again in the future.

The International Pizza Expo was a slice of heaven! 🍕 Ferraro Foods exhibited for the first time in the show’s forty-year history, having attended since its debut in 1984. The Pizza Expo is the largest pizza show in the world and brings together the industry’s finest vendors, owners, and educators to network, learn, and, of course, eat pizza. The Ferraro booth buzzed with customers, vendor partners, and friends throughout the show’s pizza-packed days! One year ago, I walked the show just 90 days into my role as CEO. Since then, this team has executed the largest footprint expansion in Ferraro history with the addition of our 230,000-square-foot Long Island warehouse and distribution center, acquired New Jersey-based GDS Foods Inc. to add nearly $50 million in annual sales revenue, announced expansion plans for our Napoli Foods Connecticut facility adding 45,000-square-feet and a 70% capacity increase, launched Ferraro University to educate and empower our 200 person strong salesforce, and closed 2023 with highest case volume in company history. All that in just 365 days; there’s no telling where we will be one year from now—more in ‘24! The show wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible team, with a special thanks going out to Lauren Dykes Cardenales and her team for creating our jaw-dropping pizzeria-inspired booth! The fun continues for the Ferraro team at our Springtime in Italy-themed North Carolina Food Show in just a few short weeks!
