    Last night's dinner in San Francisco highlighted our community's strength and shared vision. We discussed crucial topics influencing talent acquisition and development, which are vital for our ongoing success. Karen Henke & Allison A. shared some key points with us: 1️⃣ There has been a shift from competing for talent to an abundance of incoming talent and few openings, a flip from high attrition to a record low. 2️⃣ Old metrics matter less in a low-growth environment. What matters is showcasing tangible value to the business beyond meeting recruitment targets. 3️⃣ The evolving role of recruiters, where automation allows for increased focus on onboarding and orienting new hires, and its impact on the quality of each hire. 4️⃣ Candidate experience, employer brand, and DEI remain important values and discussion topics.
