We hit $100,000! Fortegra is excited to announce that our Bike MS team has reached the significant milestone of $100,000 in lifetime donations for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Bike MS event is a cycling race where riders bike 36, 60, or 100 miles to raise funds in support of the search for a cure for multiple sclerosis. “The research of the MS society, what they’re doing is changing people’s lives so much for the better,” Team Captain Arthur Edmonds said, “it gives me a thrill to organize Fortegra’s team and see new bikers take on the challenge every year.” Our team is looking forward to this year’s ride on October 5-6 to mark our 10th year of participation — learn more on our official Bike MS Event page: https://lnkd.in/eKq6DDKD

Last week, our Fortegra N.O.W. board and committee members attended a two-day golf event at Deerwood Country Club. Fortegra N.O.W. is an employee resource group dedicated to supporting the unique challenges of women in the workforce and championing career development skills for all Fortegra associates, no matter their gender. The group participated in rotational stations to practice their skills and played a full round of 18 holes. Not only did the team improve their golf game, but they also enjoyed the chance to connect and share ideas outside of the office. Thank you to our golf pros, Kellie Stenzel, PGA, Gale Peterson, Carol Preisinger, Krista Dunton, and Terri Krings for working with our team!
