𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬 use a proven process to provide all these and create startups cheaper and faster than doing it yourself.

Can you learn about startups from a book focused on incumbents? Absolutely! Here are some takeaways from Clayton Christensen's book "The Innovator's Dilemma" that are relevant for startups founders: 💥 Fail early and often to discover the correct disruptive technology. 📉 Incumbent companies overly prioritize serving their current customer. Avoid getting stuck in this mindset; stay nimble and be willing to pivot if necessary. 🚀 Identify niches away from the incumbent customer base. Your beachhead customer may differ from current incumbent's customers or even your late-stage customers.

Studios dodge costly rookie mistakes by using proven repeatable playbooks. 3. Studios derisk venture building by rigorously validating the market demand and problem-solution fit. These benefits are getting the attention of innovators and growing the ecosystem to a mainstream level. Have you explored this exciting asset class?

Co-Creating SaaS Ventures & Product Leader

Earlier this spring I built a new coffee table. I love building and tinkering with things. From childhood toys to DIY projects in adulthood, I've explored electronics, carpentry, and metalworking - always eager to try new ideas. Reflecting on my journey, I've realized that building is more than just assembling parts; it's about creativity, exploration, and pushing our limits. Each project teaches us something valuable, fostering growth and innovation. Creativity truly thrives when we create. It involves finding simple solutions, embracing the process, and learning from both successes and failures. Through building, we develop resilience and gain confidence, continuously evolving our skills. In venture creation and product development, I believe in the importance of testing hypotheses in the real world. While assumptions are crucial starting points, true insights emerge from experiments like tracking ad clicks, conversions on landing pages, user interactions with MVP features and just talking to users. Building things nurtures a curious mind, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
