Ginnie Mae’s August edition of the Global Markets Analysis Report (GMAR) is now available! This month’s report highlights Ginnie Mae’s international investor engagement efforts, including the Latin America and Caribbean Housing Finance Roundtable cohosted with the Inter-American Development Bank in Mexico City. Additionally, it previews upcoming international investor engagement in Asia. 📊🏠 💸 Ginnie Mae’s net issuance as of July 2024 reached $97.2 billion. Roughly $310 billion in Single-Family collateral and over 1.76 million loans have been issued to low- to moderate-income (LMI) borrowers. Ginnie Mae empowers access to credit for LMI borrowers, and high loan-to-value (LTV) lending.
