The Women’s Innovation Network (WIN) held their February luncheon at HealthOne Alliance’s office in downtown Dalton today with our own Amanda Reed, Chief Strategy Officer of Alliant. WIN supports the development of leaders with resources and opportunities that help women drive successful careers. As the keynote speaker, Amanda gave the 22 women in attendance a presentation about HealthOne Alliance and Alliant Health Plans and what sets us apart – we are passionate about taking care of our neighbors. We Live4It! Amanda also spoke to another aspect where HealthOne Alliance stands out – the number of women in insurance. The overall average of the number of women in the health insurance industry is 60%. We are proud to say that HealthOne Alliance is above average with women making up 75% of our company!
