We must continue working together to advocate for improved quality of care, closing the gaps in access, and ensuring family planning remains central to global health and development agendas. As we gear up to celebrate #DaughtersDay tomorrow, we’re highlighting little Claudia and her mother, Purity Kyalo, who found strength and support through Jhpiego's group antenatal care program in Kenya. After experiencing the heartbreak of a stillbirth, Purity was filled with anxiety about her next pregnancy. With the support and guidance she received, Purity welcomed Claudia into the world with a healthy start. Claudia’s story is one of love, care, and the difference that compassionate healthcare can make.
