His unwavering commitment to safety and punctuality sets a benchmark for excellence within our company. Nick's exceptional work ethic and reliability ensure that deliveries are not only on time but executed with precision and care, reflecting his deep professionalism and dedication to his craft. Nick's positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills extend beyond the road, fostering a cohesive team environment where collaboration and support thrive. He exemplifies what it means to be a true team player, earning respect and admiration from both his fellow drivers and the entire office staff. Savannah's Edison Jefferson is MC Tank's Driver of the Month for February 2024! Terminal Manager, Chelsea Fennell wrote of Edison, "Edison is an awesome driver! He's always on-time and doesn't give push-back, when it comes to dispatch. He goes above and beyond for not only the customers, but other drivers as well. He is always standing by safety first, catching issues to ensure he is abiding by the safety rules and regulations in terms of equipment, load specifications, etc. Edison completes very thorough pre and post-trip inspections on the equipment. He is simply a team player all the way around. Edison doesn’t mind drivers calling him to ask any questions and he takes the time to explain things about the loading or delivery sites they may be going to. Everyone knows, respects, and loves him. Edison is a people-person, very positive, and our customers enjoy seeing him during his deliveries." We cannot thank Edison enough for his commitment to his profession and customer service! Congrats!

MC Tank would like to congratulate its January 2024 Driver of the Month, Philadelphia's Thomas Boyer! Operations Manager, Gloria Quiles wrote of his efforts: "Tom started off with MC Tank as a Company Driver with aspirations to become an Owner-Operator and did exactly that. No matter where he goes and who he speaks to, Tom always has a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. He goes above and beyond to assist his fellow drivers . His dedication to his profession and MC Tank is exceptional. I know that whenever dispatched, MC Tank is well-represented. Tom never gets complacent and aims to be the safest driver on road. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family. He is truly appreciated!". Tom - thank you for all that you do and congratulations!

Even more congratulations are in order! Toledo's own and Terminal Manager, Al Dudek celebrated his 20 year anniversary with MC Tank last week. Al's office staff fashioned him a crown, fit for a king. Congrats, Al! We are so fortunate have you!

A big congratulations goes out to Savannah's Chelsea Fennell (Mikell)! She has been promoted from Operations Manager to Savannah's new Terminal Manager! DON MOCK, now former Terminal Manager, has been promoted to Southeast Area Manager! Don had the following to say about Chelsea's performance and efforts: "HONOR: Chelsea is one of the most positive and happy people I have ever met. She has great customer service skills, and our customers enjoy dealing with her. She never gets upset when things in the office go astray. She is very courteous to our drivers and talks to them with respect. She always has a smile on her face and is a joy to be around. She is not afraid to ask questions and learn. SAFETY: In her role as operations manager, Chelsea is doing a great job of promoting Safety at the terminal . She reviews drivers' hours of service to ensure prior to dispatch, that they have enough hours to handle the run - and can meet the required delivery times. She stays on top of driver DVIRs to ensure the drivers are writing up tractor and trailer defects. She also follows up with our shops and vendors to make sure the correct repairs are made prior to dispatch. In her daily communications with drivers she always tells them to be careful and be safe. BALANCE: Chelsea is married with 3 children . When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to her children's sporting events. Her favorite meal is snow crab legs. She is the only person I have seen to order crab legs for lunch and have them delivered to work (She will not share)! UNITY: Chelsea is a people person and people enjoy being around her. The definition of unity is “the state of being united or joined as a whole”. I think as Chelsea’s career continues to move forward, she will be a person who can unite and lead people based on her work ethic and positive demeanor. I know she has rubbed off on me and that is hard to do!" Congrats to both Chelsea and Don on their promotions!
