MPSW strives to provide our customers with the best equipment in the industry and teaming up with EasyWater on this job was nothing short of that! A large private facility in Phoenix, AZ, needed help on their closed-loop chilled and hot water systems which had extremely high corrosion rates. After just two years, the 30 mesh strainers and a 60 mesh y-strainer in the closed loop were plugged twice daily, creating a maintenance nightmare. A detergent was run through the system causing additional rust and debris plugging the strainers. After running lab reports, it was confirmed that the corrosion was caused by high levels of iron deposits and dissolved oxygen. To fix this problem, EasyWater shipped two of their Series C - Model CLG-1000 Component Systems in February 2023. They have a No-salt Conditioner, a SedimentShield Sub-Micron Filter, and a Dissolved Oxygen Removal Media. By June 2024, it was found that both the chilled and hot water closed loops were free of particles and sediment! Willmeng is thrilled to share the completed Deer Valley Business Center project which consisted of ground-up construction of three new industrial warehouse buildings, spanning a 22-acre site. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with SIHI (Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc.) on this Phoenix-based project. All together, buildings 5, 6, and 7 cover 254,078 SF and are equipped with numerous skylights, 60 truck bays, fire suppression systems, and site lighting. Featuring state-of-the-art facilities, 123 new trees, ample parking, and three speculative offices with high-end finishes, these buildings are ready to meet the unique needs of various future tenants.
