Registration for NAPD's Team Mitigation Institute ends August 16th! The conference will be held from September 6 at 12:00 p.m. to September 8 at 2:00 p.m. EDT in Seattle, Washington, at Seattle University. This bring-your-own-case institute is designed for defense teams to work on mitigation for a non-capital client. It consists of presentations followed by small group work facilitated by experienced faculty. Mitigation created by a team of professionals in non-capital cases is increasingly becoming the standard of practice.
