📣 We’re excited to announce that our in-house security expert, Director James Blight, CPP, is a speaker at the 2024 Global Security Exchange (GSX) conference in Orlando, Florida! James began his security career in 1997 with Concord Security at Metrotown Centre in Burnaby BC and worked his way through the ranks in both contract security and in-house security management and joined Paladin / PalAmerican Security in 2021. 🌟 James’ session at GSX is titled, “Leveraging Human Resources in an Increasingly Integrated World,” and revolves around technological advancement in the security industry and the role people will play as autonomous solutions and artificial intelligence evolve. And that’s exactly what Marisol did. 🌟 Marisol’s start with PalAmerican was a little bit serendipitous; she had just moved to Colorado to be closer to family and received an invite to a hiring event across from Children’s Hospital Colorado. She decided to go for it and was given a conditional offer on the spot for a Master Security Officer (MSO) position. 🤝🏼 Now, five years later, Marisol is the Program Manager for Children’s Hospital Anshutz in Colorado!
