SDS is excited to welcome Marjan Ardalan to our team, joining us as Analyst, Retail Planning / Team Coordinator. Marjan is an accomplished professional with a background working with several major retailers and brands, and she will be working closely with Retail Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to achieve account specific goals across new release and catalog content. We are thrilled to have Marjan’s expertise at SDS to help drive the continued success for our Canadian office. Welcome aboard Marjan!

SDS is thrilled to announce that two of our incredible employees have been recognized in the 7th Annual Media Play News 40 Under 40 in Home Entertainment issue! Congratulations to Kelsie Brouthers, Retail Marketing Manager, and Tuan Truong, Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, for receiving this incredible honor. Members of our SDS Canada team had a ‘pawesome’ time at the Toronto Humane Society recently! In addition to learning all about the Toronto Humane Society, the team volunteered by playing with the animals and packing over 75 bags of cat food. This quarter, the SDS Philanthropy Committee chose pet advocacy as their focus, and employees in the US and Canada volunteered at four different local humane societies. Members of our Bentonville team had an incredibly rewarding day at the Northwest Arkansas Humane Society! The NWA Humane society is a no-kill shelter dedicated to helping animals and finding loving homes since 1963. The team walked, played, and fed animals, gave baths and cleaned kennels, and helped clear damage from the recent tornadoes in the area. The SDS Philanthropy Committee chose pet advocacy as their focus for this quarter, and employees in LA, Toronto, Bentonville and Minneapolis all volunteered at local humane societies.
