  • SHEIN was a proud partner of The LA Party, an event held during the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference week in Washington, D.C. ✨ The night was all about celebrating Black creative culture, and we were honored to be part of it. Special recognition went out to Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, who represents our Los Angeles Headquarters. SHEIN contributed to the fun with a pop-up booth where guests grabbed SHEIN accessories along with a fashion show highlighting LA and DC-based SHEIN X designers, it was a night to remember.   • In an online study conducted for SHEIN by The Harris Poll, over 2,000 U.S. adults were surveyed about their fashion consumption habits, views on affordable fashion brands, and the trends influencing their choices. What did we find? 👀 An overwhelming 93% of Americans believe that clothes don’t need to be expensive to offer lasting value.   • ✨ Hot off the runway! ✨ SHEIN was honored to support the 2nd Annual Jersey City Day of Fashion hosted by Fashion Alliance Network, an initiative committed to fostering creativity and economic growth in urban cities. New Jersey-based designers Valeria Galipoli, Dani Elle Moore, and Rachel Elle – all part of the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program – kicked off the day at City Hall where they took part in an insightful discussion on their experience partnering with the brand and the benefits of a demand-driven business model.   • SHEIN and Anitta have joined forces to create a new 75-piece collection, which was previewed at an intimate gathering in New York City last week. Anitta selected eight independent designers from SHEIN X, SHEIN’s program to support independent brands, artists, and designers to co-design the collection including local designer, Kaori Semaj, pictured below at the launch event. 📸 Anitta shared, “How we dress is an expression of who we are, and it has been so exciting to work with this diverse group of designers, bringing different cultures and artistic visions together to create a stunning collection.” To learn more, visit: https://lnkd.in/g3uFzG4d

    🌟 Meet Christian Caldwell, Elizabeth Keyes, and Lauren Flagg 🌟 These local designers from Atlanta, Georgia recently joined us for an exclusive event and panel discussion to talk about their professional journey's that led them to fashion design and the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program. Event attendees were also treated to a fashion show with models wearing the latest designs from each of their collections with SHEIN X! Flagg shared, "I moved to Atlanta with only a hundred dollars in my pocket and a dream, so I literally made my dream come true by becoming the fashion designer and illustrator that I always wanted to be.” Discover more designer stories: https://lnkd.in/gWcEUX6X

  • The back-to-school season is in full swing! As students return to classrooms, SHEIN has worked with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to help ensure students have the resources they need to excel both in and out of the classroom by providing school supplies. Earlier this month, over 100 SHEIN employees from offices across the U.S. volunteered their time to pack 600+ backpacks with essential supplies – from pencils to hygiene products – distributed to the youth organization.    Thanks to all the SHEIN volunteers for their contribution!     🌍 At SHEIN, we recognise the transformative power of youth worldwide. In celebration of International Youth Day, here are some highlights of our work to help the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers reach their full potential, as part of our commitment to support the holistic development of our youth. US: In 2023, SHEIN embarked on a multi-year collaboration with Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis, supporting their mission to empower girls from ages 6-24 by offering impactful programmes focused on education, healthy self, advocacy, and leadership development. This year, SHEIN continued to support Girls Inc. Indianapolis with initiatives like career exploration sessions and STEM summer camps, to inspire and educate the participants about careers and challenges in the fashion industry through mentoring and hands-on activities. Singapore: In 2023, SHEIN announced a two-year collaboration with Access Singapore to sponsor the inaugural Access Fellowship Programme (AFP). The AFP was launched in May 2024, and is a comprehensive six-month programme that provides bursary beneficiaries from Institutes of Higher Learning with mentorship and developmental opportunities to build career readiness. Mexico: Earlier this year, SHEIN embarked on an exciting collaboration with Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte – the “SHEIN X UniDesign” project challenged 15 fashion design students to showcase their creativity and blend global market trends with local culture. Winners were awarded scholarships from SHEIN, and the opportunity to be part of the SHEIN X Designer Incubator programme. Poland: In June, SHEIN signed an agreement with the Wroclaw Children and Youth Development and Activity Centres, which provides day care for children of different social backgrounds. SHEIN’s financial support will go towards organising day camps and an education trip for about 100 of the centres’ children during their summer holidays, providing a fun environment for them to develop soft skills and social competencies. Dubai: In April, as part of SHEIN’s annual “Powered by Love” campaign to support Autism Awareness Month, SHEIN partnered with the Dubai Autism Center to organise a family event, where over 200 children participated in art workshops and took part in interactive games. SHEIN also pledged a portion of proceeds from the sale of an exclusive SHEIN X Warner Brothers clothing collection to the Dubai Autism Centre.     The recent launch of the SHEIN X MONSE collection was a resounding success! Created by designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia who mentored five independent designers involved in the SHEIN X Designer Incubator Program to co-design and release a workwear line, they succeeded in turning luxury and upscale fashion into accessibility and community empowerment.    Part of this one-of-its-kind collaboration is the partnership with Dress for Success Greater New York City, dedicated to connecting women to career support and development tools as well as business attire to help them champion their journey toward professional success. Watch Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia style inspiring women from the program with outfits from the collection seeking to enhance their professional image and boost their confidence to take on the world.    "Having the partnership with SHEIN and the presence of Fernando and Laura was particularly influential for our women because they can see what the possibilities are.
