Here are a few takeaways from Day 2 in Opryland: 🤖 The impact of #AI was a hot topic - not only perspective on how AI will will increase bandwidth needs from data center and network operators, but also to the potential benefits for network operations, and even planning and feasibility studies with geospatial intelligence and computer vision applications. 🏎️ While speed to market and accelerating deployment remain top of mind, many network operators are beginning to think about the long game, and how to differentiate service offerings beyond connection speeds and price. 📊 While the bulk of #BEAD distribution remain on the horizon for 2025 and 2026, many state broadband offices and operators are getting serious about digitization and reporting data needs now. With the amount of investment and volume of projects coming, the industry appears to be realizing that digitizing manual processes and documentation practices will be critical to mitigate risk and ensure success.
