Last month, in response to the impending impact of Tropical Storm Debby, the Sunstates Savannah team activated emergency operations to support an educational campus and to protect their staff, students, and property. Over 35 officers selflessly volunteered to remain on campus with the student body throughout the storm. Two teams were formed to operate on a 12-hour shift schedule, ensuring continuous coverage. The teams were responsible for staffing essential campus posts and leading an Emergency Response Team that patrolled the campus and assessed building damage. This information was reported to the client to facilitate a smooth return to normal operations. The individuals did a phenomenal job; their commitment to each other, the client, and the students is truly inspiring. Photographed are a few of the team members. As Hurricane Helene is approaching, we wish everyone in the affected areas safety and well-being during this time. Please stay informed and monitor the storm and alerts closely. #Hurricane #Security #SecurityCompany #SecurityTeam #SecuritySolutions #CorporateSecurity #SecurityServices #SecurityOfficers #Savannah #SavannahBusiness #Florida #HurricanePrep #StormPrep

Here are two inspiring examples of diligence and commitment from a site in our Savannah region First, the King and Queen of the Netherlands recently visited a client site as part of their U.S. tour. During this visit, Sunstates officers coordinated and worked directly with local law enforcement, U.S. Secret Service, and foreign security service personnel to ensure the safety and security of the client site and the royal dignitaries. The officers served as excellent ambassadors for Sunstates, remaining professional and vigilant throughout the high-profile visit. The mayor of Savannah commended their performance. Photographed are Officers Marvin Streeter, Anthonae Muldrow, Alexzander Evans, and Mya Harris. Additionally, while patrolling downtown Savannah, Supervisor Anita Graves saw a young child walking alone on a busy road and immediately intervened to ensure the child's safety. She escorted the four-year-old to her patrol vehicle, contacted law enforcement, and began searching for the child's parents or guardians. The child revealed that she had wandered away from home without parental knowledge. Thanks to Anita’s swift response, the child was reunited with her mother without incident. Photographed with Anita is Account Manager Daniel Florin. Thank you for your outstanding work, team. Your contributions are invaluable. #Security #SecurityCompany #SecurityTeam #SecuritySolutions #CorporateSecurity #SecurityServices #SecurityOfficers #Savannah #SavannahBusiness

A lot of awesome stuff happening in the Fort Lauderdale region... First, Congratulations to Michael Necolettos (Haaker), Regional Manager and BDM for the area, who celebrated five years with Sunstates. Michael is vital to the region’s success, leading by example and consistently exceeding expectations. COO Robert Rogalski presented Michael with his service award. Next, Michael visited sites to thank his team members for their services. First, he stopped to hand deliver Shift Lead Shatavia Applins an Appreciation Certificate. Shift Lead Applins provides security at a high-end gated community in the Naples, Fla., area. She frequently receives commendations from the client and community members for her excellent service and cheerful demeanor. Michael’s next stop was to see Site Supervisor Xamara Montanez and provide some Sunstates Swag to show his gratitude for the team's exceptional work. #ThankYou #GreatWork #Security #SecurityTeam #SecurityCompany #SecurityServices #CorproateSecurity #Florida #FloridaBusiness #FortLauderdaleBusiness

Account Manager John Schaefer and Operations Manager Matthew French were recognized for saving the life of a Sunstates colleague in Illinois. After an officer did not show up to work, saying he was not feeling well the day prior, John and Matt made several attempts to contact him, and after no response, they called the police, but they did not check the house. Matt called the client, a former police chief, who left work and met him at the officer's house, where they found the back door unlocked. The two went in, calling for the officer, who they found having a diabetic emergency, and called paramedics to get him to a hospital. Emergency responders reported that he would have died within hours if they had not found him. We’re grateful that the officer has since recovered. Thank you both for your exceptional devotion and unwavering commitment to the team. Photographed from the Sunstates team with John and Matt are Regional Director Jeff Sisson, VP Quality Assurance & Training Ryan Moran, CEO Denis Kelly, and COO Robert Rogalski. Also in the photo are members of the client team.
