The Journey of Hope teams are in the homestretch! This week marks the end of their trek, starting with a pitstop at The Building People's Headquarters in Leesburg, VA (Aug 9) and the final arrival in Washington D.C (Aug 10). Last week, The TransAmerica team blasted through Kentucky and West Virginia to end their week in their first Virginia stop, Roanoke! The North team powered through Michigan, four different cities in Ohio, and finished up their week in Pittsburg, PA. Our next update will see these teams together (for the first time since their Denver, CO stop) at our headquarters building -- stay tuned! Happy National Intern Day from The Building People! Our 2024 Internship Program is officially wrapping up next week. We're very proud of this incredible group and impressed by their efforts over the past 3 months, which was wrapped up perfectly in their final presentations to leadership this week. Throughout the program, our interns met with 25+ employees to learn about their professional experience, were tasked with projects across the core corners of our company (HR, Finance, Delivery, and Growth), and joined our team at a few young professionals' networking events.
