Life is too short to be unhappy at work! The Career Happiness Project is designed as a research project on you. We spend more time planning our vacations than we do our careers. And when we think about everything we've done and want to do in the future, it's really hard to get the clarity you need - you can't see the picture when you are in the frame. The Career Happiness Project is a proven, step-by-step methodology I've used with hundreds of clients over the past several years to help them fully align with their gifts and talents, know what they need for sustained career happiness, and be energized by the work they do. But, not everyone can afford a career coach. So, this book is designed to walk you through the career happiness coaching process, with a book and accompanying workbook so you can use the process to help you objectively understand what you need, right now and next, to do what fits your current needs and priorities as well as the meaning you are searching for.
