Meet our concierges, Laura and Michelle! 👋 Laura (left) is our new daytime concierge, who has been training with Michelle (right). Laura is coming to our community with an administrative assistant background and has also worked as an Activity Director at a different retirement senior living community. This background is perfect for our community, and we cannot wait to see her shine in this position! We are so happy to have both Laura and Michelle on our team! Thank you for all your hard work! 😊

Our Lifestyle Advisors, Neal and Denise, attended a lecture with Teepa Snow, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA , an industry expert. She has a wealth of knowledge to share with those in the local area about caring for someone with dementia. This week, she talked about the importance of empathy while working with people who have dementia. Our team was privileged to spend the afternoon with Teepa, as she is an excellent resource in the dementia and caregiving industry. We can't wait to bring the knowledge learned into The Stratford community and hopefully see Teepa again soon. 💙 🤍💚
