🌟 This week marks the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month, a time dedicated to honoring the history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. We celebrate the rich heritage and enduring impact of the Hispanic community across the United States. At Ripple Effect, we believe that diversity drives #innovation, and our work is a great reflection of that. We've had the privilege of working with Spanish-speaking communities in multiple capacities, including collaborating with patients of a healthcare clinic by utilizing Spanish in data collection to better understand their impressions of telehealth for medical appointments. We also conducted in-depth interviews in Spanish so that we could form a clearer idea of their experiences and perceptions. This important work has produced valuable insights for healthcare providers to improve services for all communities within our nation. 🍨 A Sweet End to Summer! 🍨 Earlier this week, we had a little fun up at Ripple HQ with an Ice Cream Social. It was the perfect blend of fun mixed in with a little bit of productivity. Our #Ripplers enjoyed a bowl (or two) of their favorite ice cream and toppings while catching up with colleagues. Between scoops, we also found time to declutter our digital spaces and clean up files on our computers.
