Mariah Brown was born in Tomball Texas, and moved to Oklahoma in 2001. With a passion for nurturing young minds, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development. After completing her degree, Mariah dedicated four years to teaching in a public school setting, where she developed a deep understanding of the educational needs and developmental stages of children. Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Mariah transitioned from education to project management. Her commitment to excellence and her drive for professional development led her to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Currently, Mariah has embarked on an exciting journey with Wiggin Properties as an Assistant Project Manager (APM). In this role, she leverages her extensive background in customer service, project management, and technology to make impactful contributions. Alongside his major, he is also working towards a Certificate in Property and Real Estate Management. With this combination of studies, Chase aims to be well prepared to launch a successful career in the commercial real estate industry. He has always been fascinated by the dynamics of the real estate market and its significant impact on the economy. His interest has only grown through my studies, and he is beyond excited to get hands-on experience. #okc #internship

With a keen interest in non-residential Real Estate, Maryam brings energy, creativity, and a hunger to learn. #summerinternship #okc Maryam Taleghani is a master’s student in the construction science division at the University of Oklahoma. With a background in architectural engineering and several years of design and construction experience in various capacities, she has honed unique skillsets in innovativeness, effective communication, teamwork, and creative thinking. She was recently part of the team that represented the program at the 2024 TEXO Foundation ASC Region 5 Design Build Competition and placed second. Maryam is deeply passionate about innovations in construction technology and continually seeks to apply her knowledge and creativity to help solve challenges. 

Wiggin Properties is excited to announce our newest team member, Marlo Caracio! As our summer intern, Marlo brings enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a passion for the industry. #summerinternship #newteammember Currently a sophomore at the University of Tulsa, studying Finance and Real Estate, Marlo Caracio is from Dallas, TX. In late 2023, she received an invitation to attend the Project Destined Global Real Estate Academy. Throughout this program, she was introduced to topics such as Market and Property Analysis, Asset Valuation, and Deal Financing. Completing case studies comprised of real properties sold by the instructor of the course, she earned certification upon completion and was selected to attend the next level of the academy—a 6-week course on financial modeling. During these 6 weeks, she learned how to build a real estate financial model and received certification acknowledging her completion of the course. On campus, Marlo is involved in numerous clubs and organizations. Currently serving as the treasurer for the iTU club for the 2024-2025 school year, she is also a distinguished member of the Sigma Nu Tau honor society and sits on the Collins College of Business Dean’s Student Advisory Board. Additionally, she is an active member of the TU Real Estate Club, which has provided opportunities such as attending the NAIOP Women's Luncheon and the Oklahoma CCIM Luncheon. She is also a member of the Jolt Fellowship, collaborating with like-minded students to create innovative business ideas to better TU and broader Tulsa communities.
