🗽Jun 19-23, 2024 - Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of North America🇺🇸 A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the Taiwanese professionals who made my second meeting as a TJCCNA-Taiwanese Junior Chambers of Commerce of North America Board of Directors member and my second visit to NYC so memorable. (The first meeting was back in LA in 2023)   The event was graced by many talented individuals, and the unexpected benefits left a lasting impression on me as a community member. The numerous creative entrepreneurial pitches truly transformed my mindset. John Shahin ✅ Solved Problems: Environmental impact, time & health impact, financial impact, EV charging impact. ✅ Solution: An innovative two-sided parking app that reduces congestion and emissions and allows property owners to generate income from spaces through verified identification. ✅Concept: Asset monetization ✅Potential Competitor: Airbnb 📍Areas: NYC, Boston, SF, and LA 2.  Ni Ji Beauty💅 ✅Founder: Joyce Tseng ✅Product: Plant-based, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and safe nail polish for kids and pregnant women.   3.    Heroic-Faith Medical Science 🩺 ✅CEO: Yuan-Ren Cheng ✅Product: NORA, a system that ensures patient safety by connecting with major monitors and collaborating with various industries.   Furthermore, I gained valuable insights into transforming business mindsets by attending the OCAC Networking Teatime. Takeaways from Minister of OCAC, Chia-Ching Hsu, include: 📌 Transnational Cooperation: The unity and willingness of diverse communities to understand other cultures have broadened business horizons, as exemplified by Jewish communities. Looking back at Taiwan, TSMC's transnational expansion highlights the need for talent that transcends national borders, beyond just technical expertise. 📌 Legacy of Immigration: The entrepreneurial spirit is often carried forward by the first generation, and how it can be well-inherited by the second generation is a critical issue, significantly contributing to innovation and growth. 📌 Funding for Cultural Activities: Each state organization must develop its own sustainable business model and effectively leverage public resources, such as local sponsorships. Securing financial aid from government entities can significantly bolster the development of local associations. 📌 Pillars of Successful Enterprises: Capital, knowledge, and talent.
