    * Sponsor LGBT educational and cultural activities to expand awareness of the value of diversity in our workforce.
    * Serve as a focal point and sounding board for corporate awareness regarding LGBT employees at AT&T.
    * Work with AT&T leadership, unions representing AT&T employees, and all interested parties to abolish harassment and discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, thereby empowering AT&T employees to reach their full potential.
    * Improve continuously the partnership between LEAGUE and AT&T to address LGBT issues in the marketplace, and to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities for AT&T.
    * Promote the growth and presence of AT&T in the LGBT community by engaging in external community activities and by serving as a liaison between the community and AT&T.
