As the VP of membership I was able to maintain membership levels, while doing a full revision of our membership data. In addition, my team and I created an onboarding process for members and Board members, and designed, facilitated, and analyzed an Annual Experience Survey.
As a member of the Sucession planning commitee we built a formal succession plan, wrote new job descriptions, and managed the nomination and voting process for the 2018 board.
