Yesterday marked a significant moment for Headland, as we unveiled our Science Based Targets to measure, manage and reduce our carbon impact in line with a 1.5-degree warming scenario, the Paris Agreement and Net Zero. These targets are an important milestone for us in our sustainability journey. With the help of Seismic, we reviewed our Scope 1-3 Carbon Footprint in detail to understand what levers within our business we could pull to reduce our emissions. From 7–8  March 2024 climate action leaders will meet in Paris for the Buildings and Climate Global Forum. The Forum aims to initiate a new impetus in international collaboration for building #decarbonisation and resilience after #COP28. The Forum will expand on the goals of the Buildings Breakthrough initiative, launched at COP28, which aims to strengthen international collaboration to #decarbonise the building sector and make clean technologies and sustainable solutions the most affordable, accessible, and attractive option in all regions by 2030.
