𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵: Talent Acquisition at TECOSIM means pairing the right employees with the right clients. To do so, it’s important for our recruiting team to understand OEMs. “Closeness to the client is key. That’s why I think it’s crucial for my team to gain pro-active insights,” states Jana Napieraj, Talent Acquisition Manager at TECOSIM GmbH. Need a recent example? End of last year, team members Alessa Koerdt and Pascal Langhals immersed themselves in Motorworld in Cologne, a place infused with passion for cars. The two not only had a chance to experience client products first-hand but also the opportunity to test-drive a premium 600 hp electric car. “One of our responsibilities is to find talented engineers for clients. Following the test drive, I now have a much greater understanding of the product and what engineers accomplish there. I was particularly impressed by the assistance system and the sensor technology,” enthuses Pascal. This is but one example among many. “In our quest for the perfect match, we not only rely on the candidates’ CVs and the requirement profile for vacancies. We also look for a genuine experience and deep understanding of our clients’ products,” sums up Alessa. #TalentAcquisition #PeopleAtTECOSIM #Recruiting #AutomotiveIndustry
