I had a call with a Finance Director a few weeks ago about a vacancy... She was at BREAKING POINT... (Shared with permission) Naturally, I asked, Why? 👇 She’d had a NIGHTMARE hiring for a Finance Manager directly... After THREE rounds of interviews and THREE offers—all rejected. She's was back to Square One! But then, things got even worse... With no Finance Manager (who'd finished 2 weeks prior), the pressure had been on the team to deliver on projects, and morale had taken a huge hit. ....the Management Accountant RESIGNED!
