#Quality comes with cost. It's easy to negotiate in #business, but it can be challenging to recognise value. There is no halfway ground when it comes to services or products—they will either offer value to your #organisation or they won't. If a service or product does bring value, it's important to discuss the ROI first, then the price. Keep in mind that the more you push for negotiation, the higher the chances of you receiving poor customer support and service.

Make your customers happy by following 3 steps on every call 1 Use your customer's name but check their preference! Don't assume using their first name is OK 2. Focus on what you CAN DO. Even when you can't fully meet your customer 's needs, start with the alternative you can offer and avoid starting your response with "Unfortunately " 3. Give specific timescales.
