Our recruitment teams have put the idea of sharing knowledge into practice and created a series of "How to...?" meetings. During these they share information about things useful in their work. Aleksandra Lewandowska, our Recruitment Specialist led one of the sessions, here’s what she’s got to say about it. 👇🏻 “My session was about the importance of feedback – and we, recruiters, value it on so many levels. We believe that honest and open communication will create a clear picture of the process for each party and will allow us to choose the best fit for the position we recruit for. It’s important not only because we know then that we do our job well but most importantly – we help somebody to find a role within our organization that they will be happy with. We are constantly training, correcting mistakes, and improving techniques to make the recruitment process and candidate experience the best possible. "How to...?" sessions improve our communication & organizational skills. We discuss the principles important in our industry so the candidate's experience with us is the best possible. But this whole thing is about sharing knowledge and we don't have to be experts in a particular field to be willing to share what we know with others. Sometimes we want to help them refresh their existing resources, and sometimes we want to pass through some valuable tips to make everyone’s job easier.” That’s Aleksandra’s point of view on sharing knowledge.
