EVENT I 60th Anniversary Celebration in Mexico The distributors in Mexico, Grupo Albada, have celebrated six decades alongside Germaine de Capuccini since 1989. To commemorate this milestone, a week-long national seminar was organized in Oaxaca, Mexico, bringing together more than 150 clients from across the country. During the event, Ana Pons Talens, General Director of GdC Beauty Group, delivered a presentation sharing the group’s strategy. Patricia Ricarte, Head of Education and Development, successfully presented the latest innovations from Expert Lab. @Angelina Ballester, International Area Manager, took the audience through the history of the group’s internationalization, while Judith Calzada Duaigües, Head of Business Development, provided an inspiring talk on women’s empowerment. Additionally, #GrupoAlbada took the opportunity to introduce the latest from #AinhoaCosmetics, with Cristina Sanjuán, Marketing Brand Manager, completing the group’s comprehensive vision. Para conmemorar este hito, se organizó un seminario nacional de una semana en Oaxaca, México, que reunió a más de 150 clientas de todo el país.  Durante el evento, Ana Pons Talens, Directora General de GdC Beauty group, realizó una ponencia en la que compartió la estrategia del grupo. Patricia Ricarte, Head de Educación y Desarrollo, presentó con éxito las últimas novedades de Expert Lab. Angelina Ballester, International Area Manager, llevó a la audiencia a través de la historia de la internacionalización del grupo, mientras que Judith Calzada Duaigües, Head of Business Development, brindó una inspiradora charla sobre el empoderamiento de la mujer. RSC I Encounters For Diversity Today, employees of Germaine de Capuccini had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a unique day of learning and awareness. In collaboration with Fundación Adecco, dedicated to the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, they were able to learn about the inspiring story of #MaríaPetit, who faced a serious accident at the age of 17, losing her sight and sense of smell, but with courage and determination, became a clear example of overcoming adversity. Attendees participated in a sensitivity workshop designed to challenge ingrained stereotypes and biases about people with disabilities, offering them a transformative and enriching perspective. María Petit reminds us that true disability does not lie in physical limitations but in social barriers. Her story inspires us to question our perceptions and to work together to build a more inclusive and accessible world for everyone. Thanks to the Fundación Adecco and María Petit for sharing her story with us. _________________________________________________________________________ RSC I #EncuentrosPorLaDiversidad Los empleados de Germaine de Capuccini tuvieron la oportunidad hoy de sumergirse en una jornada única de aprendizaje y sensibilización. En colaboración con la Fundación Adecco, dedicada a la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad, han podido conocer la inspiradora historia de #MaríaPetit, quien se enfrentó a un grave accidente a los 17 años, perdiendo la vista y el olfato, pero con valentía y determinación, se convirtió en un claro ejemplo de superación. Los asistentes participaron en un taller de sensibilización diseñado para desafiar estereotipos y sesgos arraigados sobre las personas con discapacidad, ofreciéndoles una perspectiva transformadora y enriquecedora. María Petit nos recuerda que la verdadera discapacidad no radica en las limitaciones físicas, sino en las barreras sociales. Su historia nos inspira a cuestionar nuestras percepciones y a trabajar juntos para construir un mundo más inclusivo y accesible para todos. INTERNATIONAL | 30th Anniversary of #GdC in Ecuador More than 300 aestheticians gathered in the cities of Guayaquil and Ecuador to commemorate three decades of strategic partnership between Germaine de Capuccini and Cabezas Brolley Asociados, our partner in Ecuador. It was an emotional celebration, where tribute was paid to the work, effort, and drive of so many women and the entire team of our loyal distributor who has accompanied us on this solid journey in the country. During the event, attended by Judith Calzada Duaigües, Business Development Head, and Natalia Rial Garcia, Trainer BU Spain, four prizes were awarded for trips to Spain as a token of gratitude to those who have contributed to the success of Cabezas Brolley Asociados. AWARDS I Pigment Therapy recognized at the Marie Claire International Awards Germaine de Capuccini has received a new award this week. The Liria Palace in Madrid hosted the 38th edition of the Les Prix d'Excellence de la Beauté by Marie Claire, the prestigious beauty awards that recognize the innovation and quality of cosmetic products over the past year. Carolina Carbonell Ripoll, R&D Project Manager, received the award for the Pigment Therapy depigmenting treatment from the Expert Lab line. She was accompanied by Begoña García, Brand Manager, and Angels Pons, Head of Communications, representing the entire team. CORPORATE I Visit to #GdC Headquarters Our own factory and laboratory are located in Alcoy (Alicante). With over 18,000 square meters, every week we welcome clients from around the world to get a firsthand look at the development process of our products. Recently, one of the top clients from our subsidiary in Belgium visited us with their complete team. Angels Pons, Head of Communications, along with Mariuca Moala, Head of Global Business Performance, were in charge of welcoming and guiding them on a private tour of the facilities to understand the internal functioning and all the processes necessary for the creation of cosmetic products. To conclude the day, a workshop on textures and perfumes was taught by Mariló Pla and Carolina Carbonell Ripoll from the R&D department. It was a visit where needs, achievements, and challenges were shared, fostering continuous listening by #GdCBeautyGroup with clients from each market. ________________________________________________________________________ CORPORATIVO I Visita a la sede #GdC Nuestra fábrica y laboratorio propio está situado en Alcoy (Alicante).
