🪞 Mirror, mirror on the wall 🪞 During a #DesignThinking workshop held by Henkel dx and the Hasso Plattner Institute, our colleagues tackled the "Redesign the Bathroom experience" challenge: transforming restrooms – as the name suggests – into spaces to rest. The team came up with the concept of smart mirrors: Embedded with #GenAI, the mirrors would allow users to chat about their day or receive style inspiration. The solutions were then tested by other employees, who provided user feedback. 🔃 In an increasingly fast-paced world, learning about #HumanCenteredDesign to solve real-life problems is crucial. It’s our focal point when we think about technology, both within Henkel and when creating digital solutions to improve the consumer experience.
